At Henry’s House Of Coffee, we want you to love every brew. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all non-perishable items and unopened coffee bags.

Return Process

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization.

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring that coffee bags remain sealed to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label to your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Credit

  Once we receive and inspect your items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue a store credit within 5-7 business days.
